This site provides information about FutureSprouts and ways to get involved. Content is provided for general informational and educational purposes and may be updated at any time. Please use our forms in good faith; we may decline or limit requests at our discretion (for example, to keep materials available for as many schools and families as possible).
FutureSprouts is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN: 41-3415589). Contributions are tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law, and no goods or services are provided in exchange for donations. Donors receive an emailed receipt. Donations are generally non-refundable; if you believe a donation was made in error (such as a duplicate charge or an unintended amount), contact us at info@futuresprouts.org and we will work with you to resolve it. Monthly donations can be canceled at any time through your PayPal account.
Forms are processed by Formspree and donations are processed by PayPal. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Links to external sites (such as our Amazon wishlist) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party content.
The FutureSprouts name, logo, and site content belong to FutureSprouts unless otherwise noted. Educational materials we distribute may be used freely for non-commercial, educational purposes.
Participation in FutureSprouts events (such as cleanups, workshops, and seed swaps) is voluntary and at your own risk. Participants agree to follow event instructions and safety guidance. Minors must be accompanied by, or have the written permission of, a parent or guardian.
We may photograph or record our public events for educational and promotional use. We only publish images in which minors are identifiable with a signed parent or guardian media release. If you appear in a published photo and would like it removed, email us and we will take it down promptly.
This site and our materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Gardening guidance is general educational information — results depend on local conditions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FutureSprouts and its volunteers, officers, and directors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site, our materials, or participation in our programs.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern, contact us first at info@futuresprouts.org — we genuinely want to resolve issues informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration in Chester County, Pennsylvania, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, on an individual basis only — class actions and class arbitrations are waived. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
