Information you submit through our forms: your name, email address, and — for material requests — a mailing or delivery address, organization/school name, and any notes you include. We also use Google Analytics, which collects standard, aggregated usage data (pages visited, approximate location, device type) via cookies. Your browser stores small amounts of data locally (such as your request cart and theme preference); this stays on your device and is never sent to us.
To respond to and fulfill requests, coordinate volunteering and events, and send updates you've opted into. Newsletter and event emails are sent only if you sign up, and you can unsubscribe at any time by using the link in any email or by contacting us. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers below.
Forms are processed through Formspree. Donations are processed by PayPal — we never see or store your payment card details. Site analytics are provided by Google Analytics. Each service handles data under its own privacy policy.
Our website and forms are intended for adults — parents, teachers, and community organizers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
We keep form submissions only as long as needed to fulfill your request and maintain basic records. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing info@futuresprouts.org.
Form submissions and donations are transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and payment details are handled entirely by PayPal — they never touch our systems. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we limit what we collect and who can access it.
If you prefer not to be included in Google Analytics, you can install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on or use your browser's tracking-protection settings. The site works fully either way.
We may update this policy as the organization grows. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be noted on this page.
